In November 2025 ZAC Mining LLC began earthmoving at the Baruun Noyon Uul coal deposit in Umnugovi province for Five Hills Terra. The contract runs for 3 years at 2,600,000 m³ of overburden per month.
Scope of work: open-pit earthmoving (at least 2.6 million m³ per month), coal extraction and loading operations, site equipment supervision, maintenance and repair, and health, safety and environmental standards on site.
The project runs 5 SANY 1350 excavators, 2 DEVELON 1000 excavators, 1 LGMG M130 excavator, 10 TONLY 885A rigid dump trucks and 5 LGMG MT106 rigid dump trucks.
